Terms of Service

By accessing and using ExpireLater ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use ExpireLater for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ExpireLater
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party OAuth provider.
3. Service Description
ExpireLater provides digital asset expiration tracking and reminder services. The Service helps users track expiration dates for virtual phone numbers, domain names, subscriptions, and other digital assets. We provide notifications and calendar integration to help users take timely action.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ExpireLater does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
- Notifications will always be delivered on time or at all
Important: ExpireLater is a reminder tool. You are solely responsible for managing your digital assets, renewals, and checking activity. We are not liable for any loss of access to your digital assets, even if our notifications fail or are delayed.
5. Limitations
In no event shall ExpireLater or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of access to digital assets, or other loss of intangible property) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if ExpireLater or an ExpireLater authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Free and Paid Services
ExpireLater offers both free and paid plans:
- Free Plan: Core features are free forever with no credit card required
- Paid Plans: Advanced features available via monthly or yearly subscription
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing paid subscribers.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
